| MPF Webinar Attendees “Highly Satisfied” |
During 2013, the MPF Program offered over 60 webinars on a variety of topics including mortgage origination, underwriting, and servicing topics. The webinar program proved once again to be highly effective and well received by PFIs. This was clearly reflected in the outstanding 95% satisfaction rating among attendees.
The 66 total webinars offered in 2013 were conducted by associates from the MPF Program, Radian Guarantee, MGIC, and Fannie Mae. Over 4,200 PFI staff members attended the webinars last year. The most popular webinars covered Rural Property Underwriting and the PFI’s In-House Quality Control Program Requirements.
Looking ahead in 2014, the MPF Program is working on the development of additional webinar course offerings and delivery methods. Look for more information coming soon.
