| ULDD/XML Deadline Approaching for MPF Xtra® Product Mortgages |
Effective July 19, 2012, the only data delivery method permitted for new loan presentments, data updates, and loan funding requests under the MPF Xtra product will be the Uniform Loan Data Delivery (ULDD) XML file. This required use of the ULDD XML file applies to all MPF Xtra mortgages, including those for which a loan presentment or funding request was submitted prior to July 19, 2012.
The interactive delivery of data through eMPF® for new loan presentments, data updates and loan funding requests under the MPF Xtra product will no longer be available as of July 19, 2012.
On that date, the MPF Program will implement systemic rules that will require all loan data to be in the new ULDD XML format, regardless of loan application date.
