We are following up with you because you participated in selecting offers in last year’s depopulation program through TWIA. We wanted to alert you that as of August 20, 2017, the TWIA Depopulation Website will be closed for maintenance.

How to Access Your Depopulation Data:

If you want to track which policies are participating in depopulation after the website is closed, your agency admin in the TWIA system can visit the Agent Portal and go in the main menu to Policy > Listing to export your book of business. The depopulation status of the policy is shown in the last two fields of the spreadsheet: "Carrier Name" and "Depopulation Year."

In addition, as we prepare to administer future years of the depopulation program, we'd like to invite you to give feedback on how this past year’s process worked, and what we could improve. This survey should take three to five minutes to complete.
