FINAL REMINDER: MONDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2016  LAST DAY TO APPROVE OFFERS

Today, October 31st, is the last day to approve offers for the 2016-2017 TWIA Assumption Reinsurance Depopulation Program. On November 1st, the TWIA depopulation website will no longer allow agents to approve offers. Even if you believe you have already approved offers, please review and verify that you followed the correct procedure. 

• SELECTION VIA WEBSITE: Please login to the TWIA depopulation website to review offers. Once you select offers, scroll down to the bottom and hit save; this process is shown in the job aid.
• If you would like to verify that you have successfully selected and approved offers, you can log out of the system. Then, log back in to see if there are selected carriers for each policy as you intended.
• As a reminder, you must enter into contracts with carriers before approving offers from those carriers.

Remember that if you do not want to participate, no action is required. Please note that the website will allow you to opt out policyholders at the start of the policyholder period December 1st. For any offers you do not approve, those policyholders will not be contacted and will remain with TWIA.
