If you do not want to participate in TWIA's Assumption Reinsurance Depopulation Program, no action is required. However, if you intend to approve offers, we wanted to remind you of important actions you must take. Even if you believe you have already approved offers, please review and verify that you followed the correct procedure:

• SELECTION VIA WEBSITE: Please login to the TWIA depopulation website to review offers. Once you select offers, scroll down to the bottom and hit save; this process is shown in the job aid.
• If you would like to verify that you have successfully selected and approved offers, you can log out of the system. Then, log back in to see if there are selected carriers for each policy as you intended.

The deadline is October 31, 2016 for entering into contracts with carriers and approving offers. For any offers you do not approve, those policyholders will not be contacted and will remain with TWIA.
