You are receiving this email because you have either not logged in to the TWIA depopulation website or you have logged in and not selected a carrier as of September 30, 2016.

If you do not wish to participate in depopulation, no further action is required.

If you wish to participate, you will have until October 31, 2016 to enter into contracts with depopulation carriers and approve policy offers on the TWIA depopulation website. If you approve some or all of the depopulation offers, those policyholders will begin receiving information from TWIA and the depopulation company starting on December 1, 2016, including important information on how to opt out prior to the June 1, 2017 transfer date. For any offers you do not approve, those policyholders will not be contacted and will remain with TWIA.
