Welcome to the premier issue of In Focus, a new e-newsletter from the Mortgage Partnership Finance® (MPF®) Program. This quarterly publication will provide a snapshot of the MPF Program’s activities for each season—from the trade shows where we can meet each other in person to new product developments that can benefit your bottom line to interviews with Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs) who share which MPF products or services work for them in their local communities.

MPF Volumes Exceed Goals in 2011 |
| The MPF Program continued to grow in 2011. PFIs across the country funded more than 45,000 loans totaling almost $7 billion. Of the 672 funding PFIs, 628 were community banks and thrifts with less than $1.040 billion in total assets. |
